I HAVE BEEN TAKING THIS CREATINE THAT HAS 33 GRAMS OF SUGER A SCOOP IS THAT GOOD OR BAD?

Hi Eric, 30-40 grams of a high glycemic sugar is about opyimal to facilitate creatine delivery. Just be sure that the product contains either glucose, dextrose, or maltodextrin & try to avoid fructose or sucrose(table sugar).

I would take this creatine only post workout. Especially so if you trying to drop fat. That is the only time you would want a simple carb intake. This produces blood sugar increases, which react with an insulin surge. This is something you do not desire any other time of the day.

All good advice if you want to take creatine after a workout try to find a pure or more pure creatine like ON creapure lose the sugar you don't need it its crap. good luck
