I am new to free trainers, and I have started a high protein diet. The only problem is I am lactose intolerant, I'm allergic to eggs and I don't like meat that much. This is driving me CRAZY! I like the idea and this is a very interesting site, but I just have problems with it. Can anyone help me?

I hardly ever ate meat before I started living a healthier lifestyle. At first I felt like I couldn't choke down more than a few bites, but eventually I got used to it and now I love it. I did a lot of experimenting with cooking techniques too. I don't do much dairy either, so I eat a lot of soy products, and again with some experimenting I came up with some good stuff. I use soy milk in everything and soy powders except after my workout I use whey, but it does cause some intestinal discomfort. And like RW said, there's lots of different kinds of fish.
