Hi! Mine diet think says I need like, 1800 calories per day, but I've only eaten 250 and I'm already full. I'm looking for something that has tons of protein, that won't fill me up (any more). Thanks in advance for your responses.

I think soynuts are a good choice. High in protein, taste vaguely like sunflower seeds, and you can munch on them all day.
