hi ft users.
i consume nearly 4.5 litres of milk daily is it good or bad?

That's a lot of milk...... but if your stomach can handle it, you are bulking and feel fine, well then I wouldn't worry about it...

Wow thats a lot in a day.. it usually takes me a week to go through 2 gallons. Mine are usually in protien shakes and oatmeal though. I rarely ever just have plain milk. I'm just wondering if your mixing it with shakes or are you just drinking it like water?

i just drink it like water plain non fat without sugar.
