Hello, This is my first time trying this. I dont understand how to set up the food plan? I have about 46lbs to loose. And would like to find some support. I try and walk on a treadmill 2-3 times a week when time permits. I have 3 children and work fulltime. I am soon to be 35. And Im starting to loose all will power. I havent started the gym yet but will soon start a 2 day routine. Ive tried counting points but have found out this is not for me . I walk 1-1/2 twice a week. Thank you all.

The nutrition planner on here is basically just a journal -- a way to keep track of what you are eating and compare it to what you should be eating. You will need to click on the button at the top and it will take you through a questionaire I believe. then you simply type in what foods you have eaten that day and it will add up the calories and nutritional content for you. it's a bit difficult to explain, but just click on the tab and sort of mess around with it. If you have more specific questions, that might be easier to help you with.

Don't get discouraged no matter what stick with it. It sounds like you have alot on your plate but if you can stick to guns you will achieve all goals set forth for yourself. As far as diet goes its all about choices there is not necessarily a need to "count points" just ask yourself when you are going to eat is this the best choice and if not adjust. Take it from me at my peak of weight loss I lost 100lbs. but thats another story this is sbout you. This is a great place to get your questions answered there are some really smart people on this site. As far as the qym is concerned make sure you ask for help if you need it a good trainer is invaluable and remember never ever ever judge yourself by a scale. Mirrors don't lie scales do there are too many variables. Good luck

All the best in finding a way to loose weight that works for you and works in with your life. It's a really personal thing - what works for you may not work for the next person. It's about perseverance.
Plenty of chicken, turkey, lean meat, fish and veggies and you're on your way.
Good luck.
