should i do those protein shakes or should i stick with meals?
also guys, when and how soon do i start to increace the weights that i use, im on my third week.

U could use protein shakes as a supplement for one of your meals. Good sources of protein would be tuna, chicken, turkey, lean meats, fish and plenty of veggies.
As for weight as soon as you feel comfortable at a weight push it to the next level. If you feel at the end of your set you could push out another couple then you should increase your weight next time.

wow thanks, the only thing is that i tried a protein shake today, myo somthing or the other....and i had trouble swallowing that stuff. its like my first 5 gulps of it and i was full i couldnt drink down the whole package....
is that ok, or should i drink the whole thing...cause i really cant stomach the whole thing...i usually dont have much of an appetite. although since ive started working out, i get hungry more often.

If you are having trouble getting your myo something down because of it being very filling, cut the portion in half and drink the other hlaf maybe a hour later. That way you get all you need out of it. I cut mine in half all the time because I don't want to consume all the calories at once.
