The diet I'm on now is high protein and has me eating small meals every 3 hours throughout the day. Yesterday I got the new Hydroxycut and on the back label it says to not exceed 3 capsules within a 4 hour period. If I take 3 capsules before my major meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) every 3 hours it goes against what is advised on the Hydroxycut label. My question is what can the effects be if I don't wait the full 4 hours to take 3 more pills?

I just started on the Hydroxycut bottle (210count), and am about one week into it, and am down 4.5lbs already, doing cardio 4 times a week. This week i get back onto the weight training (had a small injury and took 2 weeks off). I take it in the morning before work out, and then 3 hours later for lunch, and then about 4 hours later at dinner. I have heard of some people having problems sleeping when taking this close to bedtime, but i have even taken a few doses 1-2 hours before bed without any problems.

What exactly does hydroxycut do? What is a safe age to use it at? Can it be used while trying to make progressive muscle gains? thanks

Personally, I wouldn't recommend anything to a person who is still in their growing years.
I only use it right b4 cardio 'cause it gives me the extra boost to go a little longer and a little harder. Otherwise, I don't take it at any other time. I used to take it right b4 weight training but it was too close to bedtime and it made it difficult for me. But I felt it helped during that time as well. |

I have a question concerning the softness of my muscles. I have always had decent cut and look decent but my muscles never get rock hard except when totally pumped. I have just really started working out consistently though again. I was wondering is that just genetic or what? I have a friend who has muscles that are solid as a rock. ANY help on this ? would be appreciated.

22whoa@... Try working some strength training in to your workout. Heavy weight, lower reps builds strength. Cycle

I'm taking Ephedra-Free Hydroxycut under the supplimental advice of ft. I was a little bit jittery from the caffiene at first, and couldn't sleep at night. I've reduced my dosage and am doing well now. I enjoy the extra energy it gives me.
My diet is clean and my cardio is 5 days a week for 60 min. My weight lifting is a little more spotty. I get a little bit shy in the gym sometimes. I've lost 6 inches and 7 lbs. this last few months. Not much of a difference in size, but my body looks better already. I wish my results could be faster. -------------- In order to be irreplaceable, one must be different. Coco Chanel |

I started lifting the 1st of June. I'd been doing cardio without lifting for a year with very slow results. I started Hydroxycut mid-June, so a month and a half ago.
I've now lost 13 inches. I am making a life change and will work out for the rest of my life. I only plan on taking Hydroxycut until I have gotten rid of the extra fat. Are you using it? What have been your results? -------------- In order to be irreplaceable, one must be different. Coco Chanel |
