I just joined free trainers and I need to get meal ideas for my nutrition plan. I dont have the slightest ideas of the proper meals that I should be eating to meet my nutrition goals. My exercise program is a general one in which I wish to lose some fat but still gain some lean muscle and tone.

There are many, many posts here that address different people's nutrition plans. Look through the messages or try a search. In a nutshell you need to use the planner on here and get your base for calorie intake broken down into Carbs/Protein/Fat and go from there. Once you have that stick with low fat, high protein sources and fibrous carbs. The more info you can give us the better we can help you.
