I want to gain more mass but I'm having trouble with my eating habits. I eat healthy but I guess I'm not eating enough because my nutrition calculator says I need to work on calories, fats, and carbohydrates. I drink protein drinks twice a day but from what I was reading on here if you dont have enough carbohydrates then your body uses protein as its main energy source which I'm guessing is bad for gaining weight. Ant suggestions on what to eat or is there a supplyment that I can take to take care of this, Thanx

Eat brown rice, whole wheat pasta, sweet potatoes, add fresh or frozen fruit to your shakes, or buy a mass gainer protein powder with a higher carb ratio. Eat clean, but lots of food. That way you will gain mostly lean mass and not too much bodyfat.
Add flax oil to your shakes, your body will thank you.
Take creatine before and after your workouts.
Cut down to cardio three times a week for 20-30 minutes, if you do more than that.
Good luck!
