hello I have been taking a tae kwon do class for fitness and weight loss for a month I am starting some home fitness and my problem is my inner theighs i have no weights or machines what excerise can I do to loss my inner theighs?? thanks Kim

you must give more specific info about you, like height, weight ... what about filling your profil up, hm ? and if you dont have regular training before and wanna primary loss weight, then tkd is not the best idea

I also have a big problem with inner thighs. When I was 2 I had to have surgery to remove a fatty tissue from my inner thigh, and I've always had thick legs, mostly in my inner thigh. They have always been my main problem. I'm 5'6" and weigh 138 lbs. If anyone can give me a really good exercise for this, I would really appreciate it! Thanks -Jamie-
