hey everyone im mikey i would like to know what to do to get cut,more reps, what to eat,what supplements.should i take protein..or such can someone help me out thanks mikey

You should do less reps more weight to get cut and gain muscle.

This works well for me:
Drink alot of water before and after attempting this.
Run 3-4 miles everyday immediatly after your strength training workout.
