For those of you who do not have flax oil or just prefer to get your EFA's(mostly omega 3's) from food, here is a good list of fish and their servings or O3's per 3 ounce.
Herring...1.7-1.8gr.
Mackeral....3-1.6gr.
Atlantic salmon...1.0-1.8gr.
Sardines.....1.0-1.7gr.
Tuna,white, canned......7gr.

Can't miss a chance to plug Coromega fish oil; the stuff comes in packets like ketchup packets, it is creamy, orange flavored, stevia sweetened and tastes great, so if you don't like flax oil and are trying to get a lot of EFA's (3-6 grams EFAs a day has shown a lot of promise as a treatment for mild depression which is why I take it - but that is a heck of a lot of fish oil), I really look forward to my Coromega.
