nah i dont lift 4 a specific sport! i jus really want 2 build up sum body strength!

miller, if you want some constructive advice you need to be respectful. this not only includes to forum members with way more time than you, but this also includes reading stickies that have all the information you need within them.
either try out the programs they have on this website, or read up threads and find/create your own. but do not come on here with an attitude like that or you will not get any advice other than to leave these boards... |
