Hi my names Scott and i've been training since January and getting quite built. I've just started changing my diet to eat more proper. Can you please tell me if this is a healthy diet and if I am eating enough.
Breakfast I eat 6 weet bix (vita brits).
Around 10am - A muffin & apple.
Lunch - Two whole meal bread sandwiches with sliced tomato, low fat cheese and a banana.
Afternoon - One whole meal bread sanwich with sliced tomato, low fat cheese, lite yoghurt and a mandarin.
Dinner - Whatever the ol' man cooks (roast with baked potatos or fish with salad etc).
B4 bed - Protein shake.
Please fill me in if this is a good daily intake as it seems to be helping with my abs!
Also is lasagne healthy? (the gfs mum is cooking it tonight) haha

Hi. It really depends on what your weight and height is, or if you know your recommended daily caloric intake that would be best. I don't know what weet bix or vita brits is. I've also heard that muffins are just cake shaped like a mushroom.
I wouldn't say lasagna is "healthy" but if your girlfriend's mom is making it, you better eat it! Just be careful on portion size.
You can use the nutrition tracker on here to get a general idea on calories, but usually that total needs to be tweaked a bit. You can ask for help on that and somebody will be glad to adjust the totals.
good luck

Cheers Tara! - I've been using the nutrition tracker on here and I seem to be sticking to my own intake that it suggests. I must be doing okay because i've noticed some abdominal growth (finally) since I changed my eating & did a bit more cardio!
