When should my whey be consumed pre or post workout? What about creatine, is it okay to consume after workout, I workout from 5-7pm?Thanks.

I know that you should be taking your protien within an hour AFTER your workout. Also, you should have some carbs within an hour. As far as the Creatine goes, im not sure, I used to do it a while before my workouts because it gave me great energy and imporved muscle indurance.

Do your creatine pre and post workout. About 30-45 min b4 and within 45 after.
