Hope everyone is doing well, one question real quick, if I am supplementing with creatine and whey, should my current goal values change? Currently I am intaking 2100-2200 cal, 200 g P, 200 g, CHO, and 40 g fat? Someone mentioned to me all of the above should be greater, but I am not trying to get mass and bulk, I want definiton and tone, and no fat. Any advice would be awesome, have a good day guys.

Keep in mind that too low of calories will lead to overcompensation by your bodies hormones & inhibit fat loss. The thing needed for an accurate answer to this would be your bodyweight & aprox. body fat level. In addition if fat loss is your goal than creatine may not be the best choice for supplementation as it is mainly a lean mass stimulator. As far as the ratios go I would suggest 15% fats, 30% protein, & 55% carbs. Just be sure to include adequate training folowing carb consumption. People tend to avoid carbs when dieting, but a better alternative is to keep the carbs & increase activity. After all, it is the activity that will create the conditioning that you are trying for.
