Does any one have any goods dinner meals that are balanced that My family could try? There is myself (who could eat anything), my wife (hates veggies), and my 5 yr old son who depeading on his mood will eat like mommy or daddy.
Tring to get the family on board with the idea of eating healthier and thought that if I could get some good meal ideas it would be easier. thanks in advance.

Tommishuck...
In my family, we used to have a tuna casserole, and everyone loved it. Grilled chicken is also good. Hope that helps a little, and , depending on what you put in your casserole, they are both pretty healthy for you.

okay this may sound like I'm an idiot, but how do you make a casserole? I would like to stay away from the tuna helper type stuff as well as they are loaded with junk.
thanks

Anything on the grill; get some whole grain tortillas and use the leftover grilled chicken to make quesadillas or wraps, you can make chili w/ turkey or lean ground beef, three words - BAG O SALAD - that way if no one else is eating vegetables you can always whip out the ol' bag o salad. Baked sweet potatoes are good for a change, especially w/ spicy grilled chicken and of course - bag o salad. Basically summers are easy; I could eat grilled chicken or lean beef, chops, or fish every single night, then use the leftovers on wraps or - guess what - bag o salad for lunch. Evey leftover pork tenderloin is good on a salad. Also if you don't mind all the carbs make a big pizza; make your own crust, put a bunch of veggies on top (broccoli pizza is terrific and my five year old likes hers w/ pineapple, hb likes pepperoni, that's okay, everyone gets to pick their own so no fighting). You can always just have a piece or two and then add a... bag o salad. :)
