Hi all,
I got a clicking problem in my left elbow (It pains when I do certain triceps exercises like basic pushups, etc.) I am comfortable only when I do the Triceps push down. It clicks, but doesn't pain. The clicking started only when I started working my pushups. But now it has been clicking like hell even when I do curls. My doctor told me that I shoudl discontinue the exercises that cause it and when it pains. I feel helpless because I cannot do the basic exercises for my triceps and I am worried that I might injure my elbow severely. Please advice...
Thanks

You might be able to correct the problem by adjusting the placement of your grip (inwards or outwards) on the bar and also adjusting the placement of your hands on the floor.
Hope this helps.

Hi,
thanks a lot for your advice. I will definitely try changing the grip placements and get back to you. Thanks again
