Hi,
I am 28yrs old, H=173cm, W=68Kg...started 2 months ago... Following are the actions that i have to do for a week (3days) training, can sombody advice whether this is suitable for me or not?

Monday (Legs & Back)

That's a lot of exercises!!! What are your goals?
If it's lean muscle mass I would concentrate about a few good compound exercises and lift heavy.
Why not follow the 12 week muscle mass routine in here?

yes, like philia say, seems lot of exercises in your program - be careful to not overtrain, like many novices do , i recommended reduce amount exercises

I was tried to use the freetrainer.com's program, but i can't choose the ft special training program (for chest)...seems like it is not for beginner (like me)...

Another question is, am i need to go for more reps less weight or High weight less reps? Currently, i am doing 10reps 4sets for all the actions (above)...
