Hey guys,
I have one quick question for the diet gurus out there. I eat very clean, but am getting really bored eathing chicken breast veggies and eggs (to name a few things). I wanna spice it up, but remain clean.

Do you have any suggestions for free websites that have some good recipes???

ALLRECIPES.COM is a great site for different recipes. It is not a low fat recipe site but does have several recipes that fall into that category. Also, I will find a recipe that sounds good and see if I can sub any lower fat ingredients.

Thanks ATIGER, I will checked it out, and you could find some good stuff on there

I was, however, talking about more (not sure how to say it)
diet recipes from bodybuilders (like the good breakfast one BB1Fit posted). That would be awsome if there were more of those. Simple, easy, and very nutritious for bodybuilding or just maintenence.

Thanks again ATIGER...

I like epicurious.com a lot. They have all of the recipes from Gourmet, Food & Wine, Bon Appetit, etc. I personally use recipes and sites as a way to get ideas for new foods and then modify them to fit my own lifestyle/goals (altering ingredients if I am looking for lowfat, etc.). Good luck!

try www.bodyforlife.com
It is packed with great receipes.I use several of them my self. I will be trying the BBQ chicken pizza tonight. It is made with all "approved" foods (with exception of BBQ sauce using it very sparingly). There are ideas for breakfast, lunch, dinners, snacks, and desserts.

Hello act3, have you browsed all the posts in this forum? There are lots of great recipes here. Most are already 'clean', but even the ones that aren't can be changed to be. I have gotten quite a few here, and they are from bodybuilders here on the site.
