I JUST FINSHED MY FIRST WEEK AND I WAS WONDERING HAS ANYONE ELSE FOLLOWED IT COMPLETLY AND IF SO WHAT WERE YOUR RESULTS LIKE? ALOS WHAT DO YOU THINK ARE THE PROs & CONs OF THIS PROG? ANY SUGGESTIONS AS I GO ALONG WITH MINE? THANX FOR THE INPUT.
I am almost through week 8 and have made the best progress ever! I am following this program to the letter and have shown substantial increases in strength or form in literally every exercise. I've put on approximately 8 pounds of muscle, and added an inch to my chest and half inch to each arm. People have noticed and commented on how much size I've put on. I couldn't be more jazzed about it! I'm not sure what I'm going to do once this cycle is over so if anyone has any suggestions for me, I'd love to hear it. I'm probably going to take a week off or so and play, run, etc. Then go back to the gym for a few weeks of a lighter routine focusing on losing some fat.
