has any buddie seen ll cool j and 50cent latly?how do you get a body like that?there arms are big and defined and there chest is round.if any body could tell me what to do to look even a little bit like that i would love it

I know you dont want to hear this but hard work and staying dedicated gets you like that. Did you read the magazine with LLCoolJ on the cover this month, I forget what mag it was but it was a weight lifting one. He has his whole work out in there. I think it said he lifts 1 real heavy set then jogs 15 miles every morning. I remember when 50cent and LL were at the start of their carrers they were boney as ever. Now like 10 years later they are as big as the hulk. But getting back to the subject just eat right and sign up for the gain mass program on here. You wont see result right away it takes time just like anything else. It will be worth it though.

what is eating right?....Forget LL cool j and 50 cent. Look at Vin diesel, he is buff. I saw vin diesals pciture of before, and he was so bony it wasnt even funny. Now he is buff. I want to be like him. Just like him. What should i be eating that gives me protiens? If i eat chicken, should I fry the chicken wings? I need a list of some sort of what to eat. To stay not fat. And what time i should eat it.

Eating right is eating healthy. Frying your food is very unhealthy. Fast food joints do that and we all know how healthy they are. Eat several small meals a day to bulk up. I eat every 3 to 4 hours.

What are small meals? A oatmeal bar? Or should i eat a small bowl of rice, since I'm chinese, and everynight I'm to eat rice. So rice I have alot, even though I heard its a good source of fat.

By small meals I mean meals smaller than the ones you currently eat. For example say you eat 3 full meals a day. Increase it to like 5 meals, with each of these meals being a little smaller than the full meals that you ate before. Or sometimes I just eat the 3 full meals and add 2 big snacks. My snacks are generally a couple pieces of fruit, a protein bar, and some cottage cheese.

And search the message boards. There are tons of good ideas on meal planning, nutrition, sources of protein, how to gain mass, how to lose fat.
It seems silly to keep repeating information.
