I don't want to be a bodybuilder, all I want to do is be able to look like Reese Witherspoon (I know I won't look LIKE her, but I'm just using her as an example). I am 5'6, 129 lbs and I'm in pretty good shape. all I want to do is get rid of excess body fat, I don't want tons of muscles.....can anybody help me?

Follow one of FT's great work out routines and take a look in the forum and female forum and you'll learn lots of great stuff about how to eat etc.

Women don't get big and muscular unless they really, really work hard at it. Like Philia says the best place to start is with a ft program for both diet and exercise. Good luck.
