Need to Lose Weight

Hey Im 15 years old and im about 5'4 and like 200 lbs. I dont look that big because some of it is muscle from sports. Im very active in soccer. I just need help on getting skinnier. Im not really sure what to do. Can anyone please give me some good advice that would be advisable for a 15 year old?

A 15 yr. old is perfectly acceptible to go to a gym and use resistance training and aerobic training to gain mass and/or lose fat. At 15, I would leave supplements alone. Just a sound workout and sound diet is the best thing for you and lead you to achieve your goals. Besides, the earlier you start, the more ingrained the healthy lifestyle becomes, and the easier it is to follow it through life and develop healthy habits. This is the best advice I think anyone can give you.
