Depends on your ratios. Bulking you may do something like a 40/50/10 P/C/F, while cutting you may do a 50/20/30 ratio. So bulking, you may want only 10% of your daily calories coming from fats, due to the excessive carb intake. (carbs and fats don't mix well, this is another story). On a cutting diet, your fat intake is higher, 30%, healthy can fats help metabolize proteins and fats.
