I've heard some of you talk about pre-packaged egg whites. Where can I find these? Are they expensive?

you can buy them in them wherever you normally buy eggs. they should be in the same section or very close. I don't use them, but I do beleive that they are a bit higher in price.

I get them in the dairy section. they are sometimes by the milk, maybe because they come in a carton, I don't know. 250 ml is the equivalent of 5 large eggs and they come in either 2 packs or bigger 500 ml packs. they are not much more than regular eggs and they may be cheaper if you are only separating them and throwing the yolk away. either way you're paying for the convenience. it depends on your situation, i eat a ton of these, so for me they are perfect, and worth the price - a real time saver. hope this helps.

I have been using liquid eggwhites for years. They come in a carton, right in the cottage cheese section normally. About $1.79 per. Three tbsp. is 5 gr. of protein and 25 calories. Great to add directly to your shakes too, they are ultra pastuerized.

I feel so dumb. They were right there in the egg section, several sizes and brands. The Safeway one was on sale for 99 cents. I was surprised that they were yellow though! Must be food coloring, cuz it says 99 percent egg white. This is so much more convenient. I hated wasting the yolks, even though eggs aren't that expensive. My mom used to make bread with the yolks, but that definitely isn't in my program...lol. Thanks everyone.
