I have just signed up to FT I have created a profile and have asked for the weight loss and definition program along with the ab and thigh and glutes special programs, I can see the abs schedule at the bottom but was wondering where my thigh and glutes program was, is this incorporated into my main program?
Please help as i am a little confused.

Welcome paula. I think they are incorporated. I found the same thing with the chest program. Good luck.

Yes it's inside the routine; lunges and squats will give you the very best results in both toning and weight loss.
