hey y'all, whats the best way to get rid of the lil bit of fat/'flesh' on the lower abs? i have been working out regularly, and play rugby, so basic cardio conditioning is not a problem...i'm 18, male.

Dietary changes, probably.
Do you lift?
What else do you do besides rugby?
How do you eat? What? When?

thanks for gettin back, asimmer, ravenwolf...i do lift, and run 5 miles every other day...i try to eat one large meal about midday, and smaller snacks (healthy, just the size is small, content is not snack-ish) throughout the day. i heard somewhere that food's digested better if eaten thus. is that true?

5 to 6 small meals through out the day is great. Keeps the metabolism burning. One other thing.....watch your carb intake in the evenings. Try to get protein and veggies like lettuce.
