Hi I just did my first work of home straining since I am not able to get to a gym...I was able to do everyhing but the back dips with the bench ... IS that an exercise that can replace it... Also I was wondering if I maybe should walk the tredmill the days inbetween workouts or just rest like it has planned???? Also should I be so sore after?

With those you can use 2 chairs, or one chair and the floor. Resting or "active" rest(cardio) is really your call. You give no profile, so we don't know what your goals are. If mass, is your goal, then rest would be your best option. If losing/leaning is your goal, then active rest will/can be of benefit.
