Hey, I'm 14, female and fat... I'm on the 12 week ab program thing but there's one thing I don't want. I don't want big muscles and "washboard" abs I just want toned arms and want to get rid of the flab on my belly and legs but I don't want giant muscles? What program should I do or does anyone have any information on how to just tone?? Thanks
don't worry, following the 12 week ab program won't give you washboard abs straight away-its not that easy. you can follow it. if you want to lose fat i suggest you do cardio.
what other program are you following on FT?
