i'm pretty new to this site and i got a bench (w/a 45 lb. bar and some weights) this past weekend. i was wondering how should i start bencing as in how much weight should i put, reps, etc. i'm 160 and 5'7. i know there are a lot of older and more experienced ppl on here but how much, in your own opinion, weight can someone bench on 1.)average, 2.)inter., and 3.)hard/stronger. thanks in advance. i'm looking foward to getting to know my bench.

Yup, people are different. Like ravenwolf said the most important thing is to get form down beofre you start putting weight on the bar.
