I have been squatting 60kg per side for 3-4 months. I know to get big legs I need to increase the weight. But I am afraid to do it. I know there are bodybuilders get serious injury because of squatting. Here some of my information.
Age - 23
History - lifting for 2 years(first year not very consistent), gain 55kg to 68kg early this year.
Inc.Bench press - 30kg per side
Deadlift - 40kg per side.
How to increase the weight. How do I know I am ready.
Please, those are not my pictures. Can somebody tell me how to remove them.

(Don't worry about those pics. As stupid as his arms look, I guarantee you can probably squat more than him.)
Wow, this could be a VERY long post, but I'll try to condense it. Ask more questions if this doesn't help.

The only reason people get hurt from squats is because they have no idea what they are doing.
I look at it as a battle between me and that bar. Don't ever become afraid of the weight. Once you do, it has defeated you, and you won't be able to make the lift. What you must do is study how to do the lift (the correct way), and learn as much as possible about the nature of the beast. Once you have, and you will know when you are ready, you will defeat the beast; don't EVER let it get the best of you!

Those pics are odd...I thought that one muscle contracts while the other relaxes so the arms bend...if that's true how can those bis and tri's be flexed to extent at the same time....hmmmmm......I have no I idea how to remove them....Revs right on the squat though....form dictates funtcion, if you do it right you wont get hurt.
