Hi Guys,
Obviously I am new to weight training as you will no doubt note from these questions. 1 - In the training schedule I just recieved it lists " target repetitions " and " input repetitions ". Sometimes they are the same, most often they are not. What is the difference and which one should I try to do? 2- When it lists dumbell exercises at, for instance, 20 reps @ 30 lbs. Is that each dumbell @ 30 lbs or each @ 15 for a total of 30, and is it 20 reps per arm or ten each. Dumb questions I know, but i need to get off to a good start so thanks for the help.
