Hey guys and girls, I only have 2 weeks left in my 10 week program. Very happy with my results, I have the definition I have always wanted. Wished i lost a little more weight but that is my fault due to my dieting habits. Just wondering if anyone had any suggestions how or what kind of schedule I should do after my orogram is up. Would like to shorten how many times a week I work out, currently 4days a week and I have not missed once. Someone suggested I should go 2x week and work out 1 particular body part, I asm looking to do more ab work and cardio than weight training. My vacation is coming up at the middle of August, so any suggestions would be awesome. Still wanting definition and lean tight muscles. Thanks guys this site is awesome and if you just stick to your program you will see results I promise, my abs and biceps are ridiculous compared to how they were 8 weeks ago. Thanks FT. Later guys!

4 days per week is pretty optimal for most, in fact, alot do 5. There really is no shortcut here you can take if you want quality results. We all want time off, but it depends on your drive and goals. Sounds like you have made great progress, the answer to your question is not more time off but actually adding some time, like cardio and tightening your diet to finish what you have started. You will find, and may already know, that a day off is like a day off work, one leads to wanting another one. This is a lifestyle change we have to do, not a quick fix. Good luck, hope this helps and makes sense.
