When my wife and I were just dating, she introduced me to mojo. No, this has nothing to do with Austin Powers' Mojo. The 'j' is pronounced as an 'h' (like mo-ho). Anyway, its a Spanish marinade for all types of meats. My wife is half Cuban so that's how she knows about this stuff. I haven't read a post by anybody here about it so I thought I'd let everyone know that its awesome. I had some boneless pork chops for dinner last night with mojo and they were incredible. I marinade chicken, pork, and some types of beef in it occasionally, and I love it on black beans and rice. Mojo has no fat (not oil-based) and it has a garlicy-citrus-like flavor. They sell it in the ethnic food section of your local supermarket. Its VERY inexpensive; I usually pay about $1.50 for a big bottle. I prefer Goya brand, and yes the brand name makes a difference. If you happen to try it and don't care for it, try a different brand name next time.

jbennett....My eyes lit up when I read your post. I had some relatives from Florida bring me a couple bottles of Mojo a few years ago, and I've been hooked ever since. The ingredients are simple, but man it's great stuff.
