I currently workout 2 days a week on my chest. Monday and thursdays. I just wanted to know how often I should workout both and is it okay to work both arms and chest the same day? Also Ima trying to build my chest and arm muscles. what are the recommended exercises to increase size and how many different rotines per muscle should i do on my workout days?

Look at the compound exercises under the muscle targeting section to get the best mass exercises for chest and arms. For arms I've heard its suggested that you do 2 different exercises with 2 to 3 sets of each. I'm not quite sure though as I can't seem to make my arms grow.

Compound is the way to go for mass, i've found. For the chest, three days a week works for me, mostly through presses - bench and incline. Fly's are also effective on a declining bench, for the lower pec's. Close grip bench presses and heavy dips are great for the triceps, while bar bell curls seem to been the answer for the biceps. Dont do too many variations of each exercise (presses/curls etc) on the same day, and put up heavy weight. Go through the movements slowly, and fewer times. All the best.
