My gym doesn't have a t-bar machine and I'm looking for an alternative to setting up the bar, etc. Does anyone know of an alterntive excercise that targes the same middle lat area? Thanks for any input.

Bent over barbell rows may be the next best thing.

In my opinion Bent Rows are the King of back exercises (deadlifts as well). Try them out and see how you grow!!
