Well a month is not really long enough to see much if any results. Fill out your profile and write what you have been doing for arms. Your post did not have enough info to make any advice possible.....thanks!!!!!

I know this is not what you want to hear, but muscle hypertrophy does not begin to kick in until week 6-12 of resistance training if you are a beginner. The strength gains seen in the first 6 weeks of training are due to neuromuscular adaptation. So work hard, keep lifting, and if you still haven't seen any gains in another 6-8 weeks, then maybe you may need t examine your lifting regimen a little more closely.

fIRST OF ALL A MOTH IS NO REALLY LOONG AND SECOND U HAVE TO CHANGE WORKOUT AVRY NOW AND THEN SO THAT U CAN GROW ESPESSIALY A MUSCLE LIKE YOUR BICEPS
