Hi everyone! I was just surfing the net to try and find some kind of interactive area to get advice on workout routines and nutrition. This is exactly what I was looking for! I am 67" and weigh 146. I am trying to lose about 10-15 lbs. About a year ago I was in great shape, I had a 6-pack and was very active. I am in the military and did a huge move from Alaska to Florida, driving and eating fast food. Since beingin Florida for about a year I have not constantly been working out. I did it for a couple of months, and then I would stop. But now I want to stick to a program and lose my weight, this is the most I have ever weighed and the worst shape I have ever been in my life! I have been working out for about a month and a half now and have lost at least an inch off of my waist, but no loss in weight. I run about 20-25 min 3 days a week, do a ton of crunches, I do sit-ups with 20lb weights, and work on weight machines for my arms. I have also been trying to watch what I eat. I just don't seem to be losing any weight. Do you have any helpful tips for me? I know...I write a book everytime I type! ;)
