I am 19yrs. 5'4" 121 lbs. I used to be in good shape and very athletic in high school. I had a bubble butt. I stopped exercising after school and put on 15 lbs. I lost that weight quickly by diet. Now I have a little booty. I was wondering if I worked out again would I get my but back or could I have lose some muscle from the rapid weight loss?If my butt is not long gone what are some good exercises for it and will heavy weight lifting build it up quicker.Thanx and advice will help!
