Well, try doing just some mass building shoulder movements, military press, dumbell military, arnold presses, deltoid movements, shrugs, high pulls, after about 3-4 weeks of just doing those add in burning sets of front, side, and rear raises to really etch in those deltoids.

try some lateral raises, military presses, and barbell raises with heavy weights twice a week, i did, and my shoulders have really gotten bigger.....my problem is my arms, i cant cut them up....
