Hi, I'm a 21 yr old male. 6'1, 185 pounds. I'm looking to cut quite a bit of body fat as well as build get some definition (especially in my upper body...chest, arms, abs) All that I have access to are dumbells, a medicine ball, and a resistance band kit. I've been running 2-4 miles everyday for the past 2 weeks. Any advice, tips, or motivation would be appreciated. Thanks!

Well i'm surprised that you haven't registered yourself for the FT program planned out by experts , go for it if you haven't , that's gonna answer all your questions :)

One of the programmes available uses only free weights and you can get exercises using the ab ball. Split your cardio between running and something else like cycling, swimming, hiking . . . something you enjoy. Keep your diet in control and drink plenty of water.
I'm sure you'll get plenty of information on this site and help from people here.
Good luck.
