hey, is it ok to replace say dinner/lunch with slim fast or something similar? im 190 5'6 male 43.6 waist...in others wordz..fat. and im using abs and weight loss prog from freetrainers. Also im running a fair amount on treadmill. So...can i replace lunch/dinner with a slim fast or something to lose weight faster? if so is slim fsat best? if not...y not? thx in advance guys/girls
You will lose weight a little faster if you employ meal replacements during the day. Of course, you should eat 1-2 meals containing solid food per day as well.
