I'm a trainer who works with many women who need to gain support around their breats. Honestly I have a difficult time envisioning how well-developed pec muscles in women actually improve the firmness of the breast. The breast being made up of fatty tisse and, of course, genetics, what is the most my clients can expect in improving their breast?

You hit the nail on the head. Breast is fatty tissue, and building chest muscle will build the muscle, but it is underneath the breast, and will not support it. Most who really get into bodybuilding will not have to worry, they will lose much of this tissue anyway, as it is fat and fat does not care where it comes off of and will come off the breasts as well. Fatty tissue like this cannot be supported in any way with building muscle.
