Based on 2640 Calories, and 50/20/30 P/C/F
My calculation end up to 330g P/132g C/90g F.
My nutrition guide recommended 170g P/425g C/32g F
as you see the differences
330 ---->170 P,
132 ---->425 C,
90 ----->32 F
What should I do?

I think I gave you those macros in another post? What are your goals? They must have been fat loss to have those mac's. The other macro's would be for gaining.

Yes I had those macros from you, and I was confused between those one and the other one. My goal is to tone and loss fat, so maybe I should stick to the first one,
