Tightening your diet and improving exercise. None of the fat loss supplements really work. 95% of what we do is accomplished through these means. Maybe if lucky 5% of weightloss will come from some type of supplement. Supplements do their best when someone has been at it for a very long time, and have maxed out their workouts and diet. Get your 95% first. Don't look for the "easy" way out. You will be disapointed, spend alot of money, and be back on here asking the same question what is the best to buy when the last supply of junk you bought is gone. Sorry if I sound harsh, but there really is no easy way, despite what the ads try to sell you. Marketing hype for sales.
