Hey there. I'm a new member here (sort of), and I just want to say what a great site this is. There is so much information, and its all free. So I want to start by thanking the people that put it together, and the community that keeps it alive.
I used to do a lot of weightlifting before I broke my wrist (twice in a row, and sprained it god knows how many times in-between) and now I have had about 7 months of down time, which I have taken advantage of to build my cardio, legs and abs (somewhat). Unfortunately, I still am unable to lift as the tendons in my wrist is having trouble healing. But I figure if I take good care of it over the next several weeks I should be able to start lifting again sometime in September.
I am definitely going to take advantage of this site, and use its resources to help me get back to where I left of back in January.
