I spent about half an hour trying to find some tracking sheets for my workouts. I have started at a gym and the trainer I am working with has put me on a program. What I am looking for is a chart to track my daily workouts. The Club where I go charges an outrageous amount of $$ for a training book. Any help would be appreciated.

if you really like the layout of the training book, why not "copy" it in excel and just make some printouts?

i've used a planner & a little lined notebook like ravenwolf suggested. the planner was a little easier b/c the dates are already there...

I too, just use a little spiral bound notebook and write it in myself. Microsoft Works has several spreadsheets for fitness tracking, and a daily food log, which I do use. You could probably customize them or leave them the way they are and just print out.
