hello i am a 16 year old kid that would like some pointers..... i am currently 5"8 and weigh 125 lbs and maintain 6-8 body fat%.... i do ab workouts every other day and do about 4 sets of 20 on about 4 different exercises. I can see my 6 pac, but just not real well, or highly noticable. I am not sure on what else i can do to get bigger abs since i do work them out. my main ab workouts is to first run a mile then wait 10 mins, and then i go inside and do crunches until i get tired repeated 4 times until failure. I then do the same with reverse crunches and obliques. what could be my problem.... my 6 pac is there.. just not highly noticable... thanks

Crunches may not be the answer. Check into functional ab training and possibly adding a kettlebal routine to your training. If you run a google search on either youl have enough reading material for das, trust me!
