I am 150 and about 6 feet tall and i have extreme problems with gaining wieght in the past 2 years i have put on about 5-7 pounds overall. i work out alot but that doesn't seem to help much. i would like to gain about 10-15 pounds and am wondering what is the best way to go about doing this?should i take suppliments?steriods or what? please help me

Diet is your answer. Up your calories, get your macro's correct for gaining, train, and you will see results.

I totally agree with bblfit, diet is your answer. I took a weight gainer before and once I stopped taking it, I lost all the weight I had gained. A couple of years ago I was 6' 150 pounds. Now I'm 6'1" 180 pounds. The way I increased my weight this much was due to diet. Increase the number of meals you eat. I eat every 3 to 4 hours.
